Lilia Cervera Martínez

Lilia Cervera Martínez was the daughter of the Leonor Martínez de Cervera, also a contributor of La Novela Femenina. Both women were Cuban, which shows how the Barcelona-based collection was an attempt to publish the works of Spanish-speaking women from both Spain and Latin America. Her only work of kiosk literature, Deuda Pagada (La Novela Femenina, no. 13, 1925) was written when she was only sixteen.
