Carolina Coronado

Like Cecilia Böhl de Faber, Carolina Coronado (1820-1911), romantic poet and novelist, was one of Spain's most important women writers of the nineteenth century. Like Böhl, she also never saw her full-length Jarilla (1873) abridged and published in La Novela Corta in 1920.
