O'Neill

Carlota O'Neill (1905-2000) was a left-wing feminist writer and activist whose work and legacy have received increased attention by scholars and critics in recent years. She was detained by rebel forces early in the Civil War and was imprisoned for most of the conflict. In exile after the war, she wrote a memoir of the war titled Una mujer en la guerra de España. She wrote two works of kiosk literature, but they are not under public domain. Please consult the Texts page for titles and contact me for PDFs.
